Our proposals

At an ideally placed site with great access to the city’s historic attractions, Hotel Chester would deliver a multi-million-pound investment to the heart of Chester close to existing parking facilities, excellent public transport provision and a pedestrian-friendly area.

Our proposals will contribute to ensure sufficient local infrastructure is in place to support Chester’s growing tourist industry, and include:

• A modern, 156-room hotel built to the highest standards, delivered by a world-leading hotel operator
• Strategically placed close to Chester train station and the city centre, promoting active travel and allowing easy access to Chester’s historic offering
• Deliver a multi-million-pound investment into Chester’s city centre, redeveloping a currently vacant building that has been identified as a local eyesore
• Create a significant number of new skilled jobs, both at Hotel Chester upon completion and during construction, across the supply chain
